Return and Refund Policy

We want every purchase to be a pleasant experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for candle and candle holder products under the following conditions:

  • The request for return must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unburned, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Products that are used, burned, damaged after delivery, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective)
  • Customized or personalized products, if applicable

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting support, please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

This helps speed up the replacement or refund process.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Send a return request to lavishcandleshs@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. After approval, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If the item meets return conditions, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs may be covered.
  • If the return is requested for personal preference or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply.
